Payment Methods

What are my payment options?

We accept Bank, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Direct payment by card (VS, MC, JCB) and gift cards. We also accept pre-paid credit cards so long as the card has a billing address attached to it.

For Canada andthe US we accept Visa Debit cards, and for the US only we accept Discover and JCB cards.

We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.

When will I be charged for my order?

We will charge you for your order as soon as the order has been placed. Depending on which payment method you use, it may take a day or two for our system to process your payment and ship your order. Please note the same process applies to PayPal orders.

What currency in the site in?

Prices in Viet Nam site are in Vietnamese Dong (VND). All dollar amounts on the US/International website are presented in US currency.

What if i’m ordering with a Vietnam credit card on the US/INTERNATION website?

The charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from VND to USD.
Additionally, your credit card company may charge you an international transaction fee for these orders. To find out more, it’s best to check with your credit card company prior to placing your order.

Why do I see multiple pre-authorizations on my credit card?

Some orders are sent in multiple shipments—when this happens you may see more than one pre-authorization on your credit card.
