Returns and Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. A return authorization is created when your return request is approved. To request a return authorization, see article “How do I return an item?”
All items must be unworn with the original tags attached.
All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:
Items marked final sale
Products in the sale promotions
Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have protective hygiene strip intact.
We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
Olaben is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, vouchers,…) will always be refunded to the gift cards.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?Return by Mail:
STEP 1: Click here to log in and go to your Order History to start a return
STEP 2: Click Request Return
STEP 3: Click Submit Request
STEP 4: Check your inbox for return shipping label. If you have not received one after submitting your request, please check your junk folder. Still missing? Contact email@example.com.
Once you have received an email with your Return Authorization Number, please pack up the items you'd like to return.
Be sure to follow the instructions provided to guarantee that your return is processed smoothly. If you require further assistance, please contact a customer support agent at firstname.lastname@example.org.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If your order has been sent, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Olaben. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
We are so sorry, but we are no longer accepting exchanges. Ultimately we are trying to create the best experience for you, and part of this is getting the correct product to you as fast as possible. If you are in need of a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want, and place a new order for the item/items you do want.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
If you received a gift and want to exchange it, please contact email@example.com and we can help you out.
WHY SHOULD I DO IF I GET A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.
Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center. Please allow additional time for international orders.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
